At Akshana, we take care to pack and dispatch fashion dresses and apparel in good condition. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, returns, or exchanges may be considered.

When Refunds or Replacements May Be Approved

• You received the wrong product, size, color, or variant.
• The product arrived damaged, defective, stained, or with missing parts.
• The item is materially different from the product ordered.
• A return or exchange request meets the conditions stated on this page and any product-specific terms.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos or video of the package and product, tags, labels, and a short description of the issue. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

Return and Exchange Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resaleable condition.
• Original tags, labels, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be included.
• Items showing perfume, stains, makeup marks, wear, damage, or alteration may be rejected.
• Final sale, clearance, customized, altered, or made-to-order items may not be returnable unless defective or wrongly delivered.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after dispatch or delivery, unless a return is approved by Akshana.
• Incorrect size selection by the customer where size details were provided.
• Damage caused after delivery due to use, washing, storage, alteration, or handling.
• Incorrect address or failed delivery caused by customer-provided details.

Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method or another approved method. Refund processing times may vary by payment provider or bank and generally take 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be refunded only when the issue is caused by our error, transit damage, or an approved product concern. In other cases, shipping and handling charges may be non-refundable.
